Fred Melhem

Director

Managing Director and founder of Melhem Civil, Fred has been at the centre of the business since its inception. His tireless efforts and genuine approach have contributed to Melhem Civil’s highly regarded reputation. Fred’s integrity and trust have forged strong client relationships, making Melhem Civil one Sydney’s most respected and sought after demolition and excavation contractors.

Katrina Melhem

HR & ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Katrina has been involved in the company with Fred since it started in 1994. She has over 10 years of bank managerial experience and is responsible for recruiting, policy documentation, payroll, HR, quality assurance and charitable giving.

SID HALBOUNI

PROJECT MANAGER

Sid has over 19 years of experience with Melhem Civil. He has worked on major civil, demolition and environmental remediation projects. Sid is responsible for performance management, training, compliance, employee safety and orientation.

SARKIS BOU FRANCES

SITE SUPERVISOR

With more than 16 years of industry experience, Sarkis has completed multiple demolition and excavation projects. Sarkis is responsible for planning and organising construction projects and frequently completes quality inspections as well as manages sub-contractors and various staff.

JENSEN ENRIQUEZ

SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Jensen is a civil engineering graduate with over 11 years of construction experience. He is responsible for quantity surveying, estimation, bidding and contract management.

PHILBERT VINCENT MALACAD

QUALITY CONTROL ADMIN / OFFICE SUPPORT

Philbert has worked in both material testing and construction for almost 9 years with a degree in civil engineering. Throughout this time, he has gained experience in high-rise residential condominium and infrastructure projects based in the Middle East and in Singapore. He is responsible for all quality correspondence with the customer representatives and documents projects upon completion.

GEORGE KIOUKAS

SENIOR MECHANIC & YARDS MANAGER

With 33 years of experience, George Kioukas is responsible for a vast array of duties. He services and repairs highway trucks and heavy vehicle equipment. George specialises in finding, assessing and fixing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
